We take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order products. Every item is produced specifically for each customer and carefully inspected before shipping.

If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.


Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Because our products are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

  • Ordering the wrong item

Returns and replacements are only accepted for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Printing errors

  • Items received incorrectly


Reporting an Issue

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@seventhwild.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

This information is required to process your request.


Resolution Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

In most cases, damaged or defective items do not need to be returned.

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items without defects

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Orders placed with incorrect information

  • Items reported after 7 days of delivery


Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a replacement is approved, we will cover the cost of reshipping.


Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first with any concerns.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and limit our ability to assist.
