All of our products are made to order. Once you place an order, it enters production before being shipped.
Please allow 1–4 business days for order processing and production before your item ships.
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Carriers
We work with a variety of shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers.
The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the fulfillment provider.
Carrier selection cannot be changed after an order is placed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.
Seventh Wild is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, Seventh Wild is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
We will assist with carrier claims when possible, but replacement or refunds are not guaranteed.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@seventhwild.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
